We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, inaccessible locations, or situations beyond our control.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by message. Appointment times are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather, or job complexity.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you notify us at least [24/48] hours in advance.

3. Payments

Payment is due before completion, unless otherwise agreed.

We accept [cash, card, online payments, etc.]. Failure to submit payment may result in additional fees or refusal of future service.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or denied access at the time of service may be charged up to the full service amount.

5. Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must contact us within [24–72] hours so we can address the issue.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before service

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or hazards that were not disclosed.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we take reasonable care when performing our services, Taskr is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by unsafe conditions, faulty equipment, or improper installations not provided by us

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Weather & Delays

Some services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or conditions outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.
